Email Function

Does anyone know how to get the emailer working?

I am using these settings:

Gmail SMTP
465 
SSL
smtp.gmail.com

Make Gmail less secure with Apps done 
Allow POP3 and IMAP in Gmail settings done

Stil wont connect to and send proxies via email?
